Flo's, a family owned and operated business in Cape Neddick, Maine specializes in steamed hot dogs. To compliment the dogs, locals use Flo's™ Relish.
Florence Stacy bought the business in 1959 and operated it for fourteen years. She then sold it to her son and daughter-in-law, John and Gail Stacy, and they have been in the business ever since.
Flo's famous relish works well with many condiments such as mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. It is also very good on hamburgers, steak, ham, eggs, and beans.
