The license will allow the bearer to fish and hunt for his/her lifetime regardless of where he or she may live in the future. $250.00 Value. Parent/Guardian must be a Maine resident and will need to provide proof of residency and a copy of child's birth certificate for the license. No purchase necessary to enter the drawing.
