In 1935, Josef Stöckli of Switzerland was producing hand-made skis built of ash, a common wood found in local forests. As Josef refined his ski building craft, demand for his skis spread throughout the region and the idea of Stöckli® skis was born.

Still Swiss-made, Stöckli has the only ski manufacturing facility remaining in Switzerland. Stöckli skis are in high-demand and regarded as one of the last, truly hand-made skis in production today. With an expert eye for both function and durability, while balancing the use of old-school hand-shaping methods and contemporary design technology, Stöckli skis are known the world over for being one of the absolute best constructed skis on and off trail!

Stöckli skis are highly sought after for their uncanny ability to perform, their unwavering edge control no matter the conditions, their immense versatility whether on the slalom course or in the backcountry, and with a feel under foot that can't be duplicated by any other ski. Just how Josef Stöckli wanted them, since 1935!
