• TEMPORARY EVENT STAFF - SEPTEMBER 7-13

  On-Call (Special Events)

  We're looking for enthusiastic team members to help support our 50th Annual Septemberfest event September 7-13. Responsibilities include bagging purchases and supporting our Cashier team, handing out raffle tickets, and helping keep the store neat, organized, and looking its best. (Hourly pay- $17 per hour)

  Qualified candidates must be available to work two shifts between September 7 and September 13. Shift available include: 8:45am–4:00pm, 10:00am–6:00pm, 12:00pm–7:00pm and 3:00pm–7:00pm.

• RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

  Part-Time Seasonal (Max 6 months)

  Retail Sales Associates assist customers in a respective department as they shop within our store. Our Retail Sales Associates must greet customers, answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies and locate items. Retail Sales Associates must keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked. All Main Floor Retail Sales Associate positions begin as seasonal but do have the potential to turn into year-round employment after a six-month period. (Hourly pay- $15.10-$18 per hour)

  Qualified candidates must be able to work at least one weekend day and as late as 7pm. With additional hours during events.

• ARCHERY ASSOCIATE

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  As an Archery & Hunting Specialist you will be expected to assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions. Your training will allow you to help select, size, and outfit customers to an array of specialized equipment for their outdoor adventure needs. You’ll restock merchandise to ensure the department is organized, shoppable, and full. You will also perform other duties as the Archery & Hunting Specialist assigned by management. You, an Archery & Hunting Specialist, reports directly to the department’s management team and does not have any supervisory responsibilities. (Hourly pay- $17-20 per hour)

  Qualified candidates must be available to work 2 shifts 11-7pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and every Saturday 11am to 7pm with additional shifts available.

• FIREARMS SALES ASSOCIATE

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  As a sales associate for the Firearms department you will be expected to assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions. You will restock merchandise to ensure the department and merchandise displays are organized and full. You will perform general cleaning duties such as dusting and vacuuming to ensure a presentable department. You will also perform other duties as assigned by management. (Hourly pay- $17-20 per hour)

  Qualified candidates should have availability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of days, nights and weekends per business needs - Monday, Friday and Saturday availability is a must.

• RETAIL MANAGER - WOMEN'S

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  The Women's Assistant Manager supports the Department Manager in overseeing daily operations of department. They help manage staff, ensure strong sales performance, maintain inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. They also step in to lead the department when the manager is absent. In addition, this position will act as the second assistant manager for the Children's and Gifts department. (Hourly pay- $20-24 per hour)

• WAREHOUSE PROCESSOR

  Part-Time (Year-round)

  On a daily basis warehouse associate do the following: processes, price changes, stocks, condenses, pulls and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail. This position, warehouse associate, works at the companies offsite warehouse in Dover, NH. (Hourly pay- $17-18 per hour)

  Qualified candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day and two-four additional weekday shifts between the hours of 6:30am-4pm or 8am-4pm.

  The associate will provide quality service to our customers. Duties include (but are not limited to): customer counter, customer service, giving direction, and answering general questions. A greeter must be upbeat, engaging, and a person who enjoys both meeting and assisting our customers. (Hourly pay- $17 per hour)

• FUDGE COUNTER ASSOCIATE

  Part-Time (Year-round)

  The Fudge Counter Associate plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable customer experience at Kittery Trading Post. This position is responsible for preparing and serving fresh fudge, roasting nuts, brewing coffee, bagging candy and fudge, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in food preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. (Hourly pay- $15 per hour)

  The Main Floor Retail Manager oversees the sales and operations of the Men’s, Women’s, Workwear and Men’s Accessories, Children’s and Gifts department merchandise. The incumbent is responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the department runs efficiently.

• HOUSEKEEPING/FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  On a daily basis the Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team ensures that the assigned buildings and surrounding areas provide comfort and safety through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance procedures. This individual as a part of our Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team will perform general cleaning duties which include sweeping, dusting, washing windows, washing floors, carpet maintenance, vacuuming, lavatory cleaning, snow removal and other related duties. Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance candidates must have an unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays 7am-3:30pm with one shift being 10:30am-7pm TBD.

• ASSISTANT MANAGER - WAREHOUSE

  Serves as a primary supervisor in daily operations of the Kittery Retail Warehouse, utilizing a positive attitude toward the Company and its policies. Has daily contact with buyers and other supervisory personnel. Is a direct supervisor of Kittery Retail Warehouse associates and senior associates.

• ASSISTANT MANAGER, CAMPING AND OUTDOOR RECREATION

  Join our teams as an Assistant Manager at Kittery Trading Post. We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to support the daily operations of the Camping and Outdoor Recreation department. This role assists in leading the sales team, maintaining merchandising and inventory standards, supporting operational goals, and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with the Kittery Trading Post brand and outdoor lifestyle.

• CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER

  Our Customer Service Cashiers provide quality service on the registers to our retail customers. Cashiers directly report to the Cashier Assistant Managers with frequent contact/interaction with the Senior Cashiers. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to, learning the company requirements of receiving funds from customers in payment of goods, understanding the retail product basics, disbursing funds, and recording all transaction as a Cashier.

  Qualified candidates must be fourteen years of age or older, available to work weekdays and weekends between the hours of 9am-7pm.

• RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

  Retail Sales Associates assist customers as they shop within our store in our Footwear, Men's Clothing, and/or Women's Clothing departments. Our Retail Sales Associates must greet customers, answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies and locate items. Retail Sales Associates must keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked. Sales associates report directly to the retail assistant managers and must be sixteen years of age or older. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work at least two of the below shifts per week in the same department - one being a weekend day - now through the end of the year:

• FRONT END ASSISTANT MANAGER (Cashier Assistant Manager)

  As a member of the cashier management team you will be responsible for daily supervision and motivation of the cashiering and customer service staff. You, a Front End Assistant Manager, will demonstrate and enforce the policies, procedures and philosophies of Kevin, Inc. Front End Assistant Managers directly report to the Divisional Managers of Retail. Requires regular exercise of independent judgment. Supervises and trains employees, assists other managers and supervisors in fulfilling the objectives of the Cashier Department and the Company as a Front End Manager. Has direct supervision over the Cashiers, Customer Service and Senior Cashiers.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesdays 9am-5pm, Wednesdays 11am-7pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, Fridays 10am-6pm, and Saturdays 10am-6pm.

• WAREHOUSE PRICE CHANGER

  Part-Time (Year-round)

  Warehouse Pricer ensures merchandise is properly priced, investigates any pricing discrepancies and informs management of inconsistencies. Daily use of a cart, handheld scanner, and reports. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesdays - Thursdays 7am-2:30pm. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand/walk 5+ hours a day on a concrete warehouse floor.

• FIREARMS RECORDS CLERK

  Full-Time Seasonal

  Firearm Records Clerk are responsible for assisting in the process of submitting NICS checks through regulated channels, contacting vendors for shipping and repair related matters, and maintaining daily paperwork for the department. You will work closely with the firearms sales associates, departmental managers, shipping entities, and training coordinator to ensure accuracy in all stored files as a Firearm Records Clerk. This position requires strong computer skills; including a working knowledge of Microsoft programs, must be able to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers and other business contacts, attention to detail is critical with a strong ability to multi-task. Qualified candidate for this role must be twenty-one years of age or older and be able to pass a standard background check. This position starts as a seasonal position but does have the potential to turn into a year-round employment.

• WAREHOUSE INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  On a daily basis the Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator gathers information on the inventory needs from reports, min/max program, floor management, and buyers. Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinators works with the other pod members and the warehouse team to cycle count, pull stock and research inventory problems within the pod’s assigned categories. The individual must demonstrate the ability to work independently.  This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work Sundays -Thursdays 7am-3:30pm. Must be able to stand/walk 5+ hours a day on a concrete warehouse floor and must be able to lift 50lbs.

• INTERNET FIREARM SALES

  Full-Time

  Internet Firearm Sales Associates serve as a liaison between our online customers and our retail unit. This position requires exemplary skills in areas such as customer service, telephone communication, sales, time management, problem solving and an intimate knowledge of firearms and the shooting sports/hunting industry. Internet Firearm Sales Associates must be a self-starter who is highly motivated, dependable and detail oriented. Qualified candidates for this role must be twenty-one years of age or older, have the ability to work both autonomously and within a team while managing and growing our customer relationships.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays 9am-6pm, Tuesdays 11am-7pm, Wednesdays 11am-7pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, and Sundays 9am-6pm.

• CASHIER MANAGER

  Full-Time

  The Cashier Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-end cashier team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly customer transactions. This role manages cashier staff budgeting, training, performance, and workflow to maximize productivity and maintain exceptional customer service standards. The Cashier Manager also ensures compliance with cash handling procedures, monitors transaction accuracy, and partners with other departments to support smooth store operations. Candidates must be twenty-one years of age or older, be able to pass a standard background check, work evening, holidays, and weekends as necessary to support business needs.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules as written:

  • A) Mondays 8am-4pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, Fridays 8am-4pm, Saturdays 8am-5pm, and Sundays 8am-5pm OR

• EVENTS COORDINATOR

  Full-Time (Year-Round)

  The Events Planner owns the creative vision, logistics, and on site execution of the store’s major events. This role requires exceptional planning and coordination skills, a deep understanding of the outdoor retail customer experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate big picture ideas into flawless, highly attended events that reflect KTP’s brand and community values. 3+ years of event planning or coordination experience (retail, outdoor, or community events preferred).

  Qualified candidates must be available to work weekends and evenings during our events.

• FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  Facilities Supervisor is responsible for but not limited to supervising a team of 6-10 employees. The Facilities Supervisor supports management in leading the facilities team, including scheduling, training, and directing work and performance management. You will be responsible for, with the support of management, maintaining buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment. It plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and brand integrity of all store and corporate facilities. This position requires 3-5+ years of experience in facilities, preferably in a retail, commercial, or distribution environment. Ability to communicate with vendors effectively for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and life safety systems.

  Qualified candidates must have an unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50lbs, availability to respond to 24/7 on-call responsibilities for building emergencies and alarm response.

• ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  On a daily basis works with the other Accounts Payable associates, buyers and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate processing and payment of invoices. An employee within this position must have strong calculator and mathematical skills. Previous experience with Windows based applications, including word processing and spreadsheets, is helpful. A background in accounting is also helpful but not required. Neat handwriting and attention to detail are a necessity in this position.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work in our Dover location, Mondays-Fridays.

• DISTRIBUTION FACILITY ASSOCIATE - Vendor/Defective Returns

  Part-Time (Year-round)

  Responsible for evaluation and processing merchandise to be returned to the manufacturer due to defective quality, recall, over shipment of product, substituted or incorrect merchandise and product damaged in shipment. This position requires long periods of standing as well as movement throughout the facility. Physically working with merchandise requires lifting, climbing ladders and pushing/ pulling rolling buckets, tubs and oak carts.

  Qualified candidates must be able to work Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, Or Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7am-2:30pm or 8am- 3:30pm

• CAMPING AND OUTDOOR RECREATION ASSOCIATE

This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail environments and have a passion for the outdoors. The Temporary Event Staffing Associate helps create an exceptional shopping experience during Kittery Trading Post’s busiest and most exciting promotional events. Associates will support sales floors, merchandise presentation, customer assistance, event setup, and general store operations to ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported.

  This role requires a flexible schedule with strong weekend availability, as many event days take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

• NICS CLERK

  Full-Time (Year-round)

  NICS Clerks are responsible for and assisting in the process of submitting NICS checks through regulated channels. You will work closely with the customers, firearms sales associates, departmental managers, and training coordinator to ensure accuracy in all stored files as a NICS Clerk. Data entry skills and confidentiality are a must. This position, NICS Clerk, is a customer facing position.

  Qualified candidates must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm, and Sundays 9am-5pm.
