  • HOUSEKEEPING/FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

    Full-Time (Year-round)

    On a daily basis the Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team ensures that the assigned buildings and surrounding areas provide comfort and safety through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance procedures. This individual as a part of our Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team will perform general cleaning duties which include sweeping, dusting, washing windows, washing floors, carpet maintenance, vacuuming, lavatory cleaning, snow removal and other related duties. Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance candidates must have an unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

    Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays 7am-3:30pm with one shift being 10:30am-7pm TBD.

  • WAREHOUSE SELECTOR

    Part-Time (Year-round), Full-Time (Year-round)

    On a daily basis Warehouse Associates do the following: price changes, stocks, condenses, pulls and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail. 

    Part-Time qualified candidates must be available to work Saturday or Sunday 11am-7pm. Sundays preferred. Full-Time qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesday 10:30am-7pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30, Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm and Saturday 10:30am-7pm.

  • EVENTS COORDINATOR

    Full-Time (Year-Round)

    The Events Planner owns the creative vision, logistics, and on site execution of the store’s major events. This role requires exceptional planning and coordination skills, a deep understanding of the outdoor retail customer experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate big picture ideas into flawless, highly attended events that reflect KTP’s brand and community values. 3+ years of event planning or coordination experience (retail, outdoor, or community events preferred).

    Qualified candidates must be available to work weekends and evenings during our events.

  • ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE

    Full-Time (Year-round)

    On a daily basis works with the other Accounts Payable associates, buyers and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate processing and payment of invoices. An employee within this position must have strong calculator and mathematical skills. Previous experience with Windows based applications, including word processing and spreadsheets, is helpful. A background in accounting is also helpful but not required. Neat handwriting and attention to detail are a necessity in this position.

    Qualified candidates must be available to work in our Dover location, Mondays-Fridays.

    This role is vital in supporting our mission to serve outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.  Must have experience with a POS and retail sales.

    Qualified candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day.

  • FUDGE COUNTER ASSOCIATE

    Part Time Seasonal

    The Fudge Counter Associate plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable customer experience at Kittery Trading Post. This position is responsible for preparing and serving fresh fudge, roasting nuts, brewing coffee, bagging candy and fudge, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in food preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

    Qualified candidates must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • CAMPING AND OUTDOOR RECREATION ASSOCIATE

    Part-Time (Year-round) and Part-Time Seasonal

    Camping and Outdoor Recreation Associates assist customers as they shop within our store. Camping / Paddle Sports Associates must greet customers, answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies and locate items. Sales Associates must keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked. Sales associates report directly to the camping/specialty sports assistant managers. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 

    Qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesdays 9:00am- 7:00pm, Thursdays 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 11:00am-5:00pm

  • TEMPORARY EVENT STAFFING

    Part Time Seasonal

    We are seeking Temporary Event Staffing Associates to support our signature seasonal events, including June Fest, Fishing & Paddle Sports events, Septemberfest, and the Holiday season. This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail environments and have a passion for the outdoors. The Temporary Event Staffing Associate helps create an exceptional shopping experience during Kittery Trading Post’s busiest and most exciting promotional events. Associates will support sales floors, merchandise presentation, customer assistance, event setup, and general store operations to ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported.

    This role requires a flexible schedule with strong weekend availability, as many event days take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

  • NICS CLERK

    Full-Time (Year-round)

    NICS Clerks are responsible for and assisting in the process of submitting NICS checks through regulated channels. You will work closely with the customers, firearms sales associates, departmental managers, and training coordinator to ensure accuracy in all stored files as a NICS Clerk. Data entry skills and confidentiality are a must. This position, NICS Clerk, is a customer facing position.

    Qualified candidates must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm, and Sundays 9am-5pm.

  • WAREHOUSE PROCESSOR

    Part-Time (Year-round)

    On a daily basis warehouse associate do the following: processes, price changes, stocks, condenses, pulls and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail. This position, warehouse associate, works at the companies offsite warehouse in Dover, NH.

    Qualified candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day and two-four additional weekday shifts between the hours of 6:30am-4pm or 8am-4pm.

  • DISTRIBUTION FACILITY ASSOCIATE - Vendor/Defective Returns

    Part-Time (Year-round)

    Responsible for evaluation and processing merchandise to be returned to the manufacturer due to defective quality, recall, over shipment of product, substituted or incorrect merchandise and product damaged in shipment. This position requires long periods of standing as well as movement throughout the facility. Physically working with merchandise requires lifting, climbing ladders and pushing/ pulling rolling buckets, tubs and oak carts.

    Qualified candidates must be able to work Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, Or Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7am-2:30pm or 8am- 3:30pm
