Refund by Mail

  • Enter a reason code and quantity next to the item(s) being returned. The code will enable us to better serve you in the future and properly handle your return. If reason K or L, please explain.
  • Circle the name and address to which your refund should be sent, and place and "X" in the box next to "REFUND."
  • Enclose the return portion of the form with your item(s), and ship to KTP Distribution Center, ATTN: Returns, 115 Industrial Park Drive, Dover, NH 03820. You may wish to insure your package.

Exchange by Mail

  • Complete a new online order for the item you wish to receive, and record this new order number for your records.
  • On the return portion of the packing slip form, place an "X" next to "EXCHANGE" and write in your new order number. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will promptly process your refund which will include the shipping charge on your new order.
  • Enter a reason code and quantity next to the item(s) being returned. The code will enable us to better serve you in the future and properly handle your return.
  • Enclose the return portion of the form with your item(s), and ship to: KTP Distribution Center, ATTN: Returns, 115 Industrial Park Drive, Dover, NH 03820. You may wish to insure your package.


Returns at Store

  • Please bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange along with the return portion of the packing slip form to the Kittery Trading Post Customer Service Desk in Kittery, Maine, where your refund or exchange will be promptly processed.
