Winchester Xpert Thumbhole Target Gray SR 22 LR 18" 10-Round Rifle

Featuring a great looking laminated stock with adjustable comb, Winchester® Repeating Arms looks to dominate the rimfire bolt-action market with the Xpert Thumbhole Target SR.

When designing the Xpert, they put their sights on accuracy and added features to help you get the most from the rifle. Foremost is the Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger. Like the trigger found in Model 70 and XPR rifles, the Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger is a three-lever design that with zero creep, zero take-up and zero-over travel for a light pull that breaks like glass. The Xpert also features a precision button-rifled barrel with a target crown and semi-match Bentz chamber. A hemispherical firing pin offers improved reliability with rimfire ammunition.

The thumbhole stock is made from durable laminated wood for excellent stability to limit shifts in point of impact. The comb is adjustable to allow you optimize eye to scope alignment. The grip is vertical for comfort from the bench and optimal finger to trigger placement. The fore-end is slightly wider for added stability from a rest.

A Picatinny optics rail is included. The controls have been designed to be easy to use for most shooters. The bolt handle is extended, adding extra leverage to make operating the bolt easier. Its safety is tucked into the rear of receiver and within easy reach. Dual, ambidextrous magazine releases on the sides and bottom of the rifle give this shooter options and are designed to deliver the magazine into your hand.

22 LR Xpert models use the same polymer 10-round rotary magazine as the Wildcat and also accepts magazines that fit 10/22® rifles.
