At Sidehill Farm® they take pride in preserving the taste of homemade jams and marmalades using the same methods their great grandmothers used to assure there's more fruit, and therefore more flavor in every bite. Combining the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, they boil it down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of slow foods, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.
