Today, Outers® is known by millions of hunters and shooters for its complete line of gun care accessories. However, this extensive product line wasn't born overnight.  

The Outers dream was started by Vern Dale and his wife, Marita, in the small town of Onalaska, WI in 1919. For the first few years, the Dales operated an automobile service garage. During this time, Vern and his wife, a chemist, came up with a gun lubricant they called Gunslick. In 1934, Dale and his partner opened Outers Laboratories, and in 1935 they made their first sale. The Outers legacy began.  

Now, more than 70 years later, Outers proudly brings reliable products to millions of hunters and shooters nationwide, year after year. After all, they understand there is more to a clean shot than just pulling the trigger.
