Fiddleheads are the young, coiled, furled fronds of the Ostrich Fern. They are native to New England, and are only able to be foraged for a few short weeks every Spring. Pickled Fiddleheads are a crunchy, tangy delicacy - similar to Dilly Beans. A unique treat any time of the year!
