My Berry Organics USDA Organic Chaga Mushroom Chunks are perfectly sized for a cup of tea or in the crockpot, as they come in various shapes and sizes. The orange inner core resembles the look of wood (but is not wood), but know that it is the highly nutritious inner part of the whole mushroom and is as important as the outer black crust. At least 30% will contain part of the black outer crust.
