Firearm Order Pickup Requirements

Maine state law requires a 72-hour mandatory waiting period from the time of purchase agreement and confirmation on all firearm orders requesting in-store pickup at our retail store in Kittery, ME.

Once this requirement is met, you may proceed to the Shooting Sports Department at your earliest convenience.

Note: The mandatory waiting period does not apply to handguns purchased by New Hampshire residents.

How It Works:

1. Order Online: Browse and select your firearm from our collection of new and used models.
2. Wait 72 Hours: The waiting period begins as soon as your order is placed and confirmed.
3. Complete the Purchase: After the waiting period, visit the store to complete the required in-person government background check.
