Kittery Trading Post is hosting the Skills & Exam session of Firearms Hunter Safety, presented by Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. The online portion or paper manual/workbook (mailed after registration) must be complete prior to class. Two sessions will be available.

Join us for a hands-on coastal adventure for April’s installment of KTP In The Wild, at Ordiorne Point State Park! Participants will learn how to safely and respectfully explore tide pools while discovering the incredible marine life that lives there. We’ll talk about how tides shape these habitats, why they’re important, and how we can protect them. After our exploration, we’ll roll up our sleeves for a beach clean-up, helping remove litter to keep the coastline healthy for wildlife and future visitors.
