After using the peel to place fresh pizza inside your oven, the Turning Peel makes sliding and turning the pizza easy to do while cooking, reducing the risk of burn or damage from high temperatures. It fits easily under a partially cooked dough base, giving the user maximum control over the peel and food in the oven.
