Gatco Double Duty Carbide Knife Sharpener

Two precision ground, tungsten carbide blades pre-set at 35°, quickly sharpen the dullest blades. The two fine ceramic rods at a pre-set angle, put the polished, final edge on your blade.

To use, draw knife completely through the carbides in one steady motion. Repeat four or five times. Polish the edge using the two fine ceramic rods with a slicing, sharpening motion.
