Finding Home Farms Raspberry Jam

This jam starts with a story of how Dana's (one of Finding Home Farms® owners) dad grew tons of raspberries and how his mom makes the most amazing raspberry jam. Then they learned that as all of the grandkids grew up, they never left Grammy's house without their allotment of what became known as "Gram Jam."

While they don't claim to be as good as Mom at making jam, this is a close second. Made with the seeds still intact, it's one of the best jams you will ever have!
