RECEPTIONIST/EMPLOYEE DESK
Part Time
Associates are tasked with manning the employee entrance, checking in/out items in assistances with Loss Prevention, maintaining supplies, answering employee calls, managing meeting spaces, and more. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, be able to work independently, and have experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel programs. Qualified candidates must be available to work at least one weekend shift on a consistent basis; all shifts are 6:45am-1pm, 11am-7pm, or 1pm-7pm.

INTERNET FIREARM SALES ASSOCIATE

Internet Firearm Sales clerks serve as a liaison between our online customers and our retail unit. This position requires exemplary skills in areas such as customer service, telephone communication, sales, time management, problem solving and an intimate knowledge of firearms and the shooting sports/hunting industry. Internet Firearm Sales Clerks must be a self starter who is highly motivated, dependable and detail oriented. Qualified candidates for this role must have the ability to work both autonomously and within a team while managing and growing our customer relationships. This position requires work at our retail location in Kittery, ME. Qualified candidates must be available to work 15-20 hours a week, one shift being a weekend day.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

On a daily basis associates do the following: price changes, stocks, condenses, pulls and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and be at 18 years of age.
Qualified candidates must be available to work 8am-4:30pm Mondays and Saturdays or Mondays and Sundays.

WAREHOUSE PROCESSOR

On a daily basis, stock, condense, pull and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail. Proper stocking, reworking, condensing and location maintenance of merchandise, with an ability to solve problems related to the job. General job knowledge of all pricing, processing and stocking procedures as well as computer programs related to the job. Also run customer transfers. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and follow instruction. Should be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis. Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
Qualified candidates must be available to work weekends between the hours of 6:30am-4pm if seeking part time and Tuesdays-Saturdays 6:30am-3pm if seeking full time.

CONFECTIONER/FUDGE SALES ASSOCIATE

As Confectioner/Fudge Sales Associate you will be responsible for maintaining and selling the product as well as upholding the cleanliness of the kitchen and serving areas. The right candidate for the Confectioner/Fudge Sales Associate will be expected to enthusiastically greet customers with a friendly attitude and offer samples to the customer while creating eye appealing displays. Qualified candidates must be able to work Sundays 10am-6pm, Mondays 8am-4pm, Tuesdays 9am-5pm, Wednesdays 9am-5pm, and Thursdays 10am-6pm if seeking full time or at least three weekdays 3pm-7pm for part time.

GREETER
Full Time/Part Time
This associate will provide quality service to our customers. Duties include (but are not limited to): customer counter, customer service, giving direction, and answering general questions. A greeter must be upbeat, engaging, and a person who enjoys both meeting and assisting our customers. Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered.
Qualified candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts between 8:54am-7pm; full time requires 35-40 hours a week while part time is up to 29 hours.

ARCHERY SALES ASSOCIATE
Full Time/Part Time
As an Archery Sales Associate you will be expected to assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions. You will restock merchandise to ensure the department and merchandise displays are organized and full. You will perform general cleaning duties such as dusting and vacuuming to ensure a presentable department. You will also perform other duties as the Archery Sales Associate assigned by management. Reports directly to the Department Manager and the Assistant Managers. Knowledge of archery is required as well as a willingness to learn about the categories.
Qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesdays 10am-6pm, Wednesdays 10am-6pm, Thursdays 10am-6pm, Fridays 9am-5pm, and Saturdays 11am-7pm if seeking full time, or Fridays and Saturdays 9am-5pm for part time.

FIREARMS TRADER
Full Time
The main goal of a Firearms Trader is to provide our customers with prompt, thorough and friendly service. In addition to assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining the appearance of the department. Firearms Traders are responsible for evaluating the condition and assessing a retail price of any given firearm, firearm accessory or other merchandise approved for acquisition. This process can be accomplished by using the Kittery Trading Post’s archival systems, firearm Blue books and/or the experience(s) of fellow trader’s and management.
Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 9am-7pm or Sundays-Thursdays a combination of 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm shifts.

JANITORIAL WORKER
Full Time
On a daily basis the Janitorial Worker team ensures that the assigned buildings and surrounding areas provide comfort and safety through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance procedures. This individual as a part of our Janitorial Worker team will perform general cleaning duties which include sweeping, dusting, washing windows, washing floors, carpet maintenance, vacuuming, lavatory cleaning, snow removal and other related duties. Janitorial Worker candidates must have an unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Qualified candidates must be available to work between the hours of 7am-7pm.
