Made with NorthWest Douglas Fir, this staff was carved with a twist the entire length, then finished and fitted with a leather wrist strap and rubber tip.

The staff should be 6-9" above your elbow. Each is adjustable in height by removing the rubber tip and cutting off what is not needed.
