NEMO Helio LX Pressure Shower

Unlike gravity camp showers that need to be hung overhead and produce dismal water pressure, Helio™ LX rests securely on the ground and delivers the pressure you need to wash hair, do the dishes, rinse off gear, water your plants or wash the dog.

You can quickly and easily pressurize the voluminous 5.8 gallon tank with a foot pump - and with occasional pumps you can keep it fully pressurized for 7-10 minutes of strong, continuous spray. The tank cannot be over-inflated. Set the black tank in the sun to warm up gradually, or fill it directly with hot water for a warm shower.

The 7 foot neoprene hose is long enough to hold it overhead for a shower, or to reach all angles of dirty gear, muddy paws or salty wetsuits.

  • Provides high volume, long-lasting spray
  • Works from the ground; does not need to hang
  • Pressurized by foot pump
  • Nozzle sleeve secures trigger in spray position for hands-free water pressure
  • Can be refilled anywhere, even without a hose.
  • Compact ventilated carrying case stows tank, hose, nozzle and pump neatly
  • Can be paired with Heliopolis™ privacty shelter, sold separately, for spacious hands-fre overhead shower
  • Manufacturer's lifetime warranty
  • Color: Black / Apple Green
  • Materials: PU coated polyester, TPU, neoprene tubing
  • Packed dimensions: 6.5" x 10.5"

Cam Brensinger incorporated NEMO® Equipment, Inc. in 2002 with the intention of bringing high-level design and engineering to the outdoor industry. Tents were chosen as NEMO's first product line because Cam saw the opportunity to bring significant new innovation to the market and knew that successfully revolutionizing tents would give NEMO the credibility to move into new product lines in the future.

The first AirSupported® prototypes were completed in 2003, and NEMO debuted its first generation of AST® and Extreme Conditions poled tents at the Summer Market Outdoor Retailer show in Salt Lake City, Utah in August of 2004. The tents instantly captured the attention of the industry. NEMO was published in the "Best of Show" section of the OR Daily publication. Team NIKE / Balance Bar asked NEMO to co-develop a tent for adventure racing. And officials from the ISPO BrandNew Award committee invited NEMO to submit for the winter of 2005.

In 2005, NEMO received the ISPO BrandNew Award, an award which recognizes the most innovative products in the outdoor industry from around the world. This important honor brought worldwide recognition to NEMO and marked the beginning of a very long series of awards, honors, and media attention.

Over the years, the company has worked to assemble a top-notch team of designers and engineers, create a well-equipped lab for tent development, and build relationships with the best textile and component companies in the industry. NEMO has also pushed green thinking and sustainability to the top of the priority list and created the G.R.N.® (Green Rethinking by NEMO) program.

As NEMO's product line expands beyond tents, it continues to thrive as a young company, committed to making the most innovative and high quality equipment for outdoor adventure and survival and committed to protecting the people and places that make adventure possible.
