Butterfly Bakery made the first batch of this medium heat green salsa with green garlic that they pulled themselves on a farm work day at Honey Field Farm in Norwich Vermont. The lighter, sweeter flavor of the green garlic complements the tomatillos and lime perfectly to make a well balanced salsa perfect for burritos, charcuterie, and nachos.
