This Mini Trapper is a part of the Case® Yellow Synthetic Family. The distinctive yellow handle brightens this family while maintaining its toughness, making it one of the most beloved in the Case line. 

Mini Trappers carry two full length blades - a clip and a spey. The clip blade is commonly used as a multi-purpose blade and preferred for detail work. The spey blade is commonly used as an all-purpose utility blade. The basic trapping and skinning blades make this a must-have knife for those who trap small game. 

This knife is constructed with Chrome Vanadium (CV) steel. Case Chrome Vanadium blades are known for their edge-holding ability and easy re-sharpening. However, they are less resistant to rusting, pitting and discoloration than stainless steel. The folks at Case recommend keeping a thin film of oil on the blade to maintain the finish. This ensures your knife will be around for future generations to enjoy.
