A bright, tasty combination of organic toasted buckwheat kasha, cracked whole barley, rolled oats, flax seed and tart-sweet, unpeeled apples, Tart Apple Breakfast Grains are made with only with certified-organic, non-GMO ingredients. Remember - whether you’re headed for the office, school or out into the backcountry, the key to starting the day right is a great breakfast. 

Cooking instructions:  Bring two cups of water to a boil, add contents of package, return to a boil and cook for at least one minute (additional cook time required above 3000 feet). Cover, remove from heat and wait for nine minutes. For an extra treat, add fresh fruit, honey and butter before serving.
