The SLX rod provides anglers with a revamped and eye-catching aesthetic coupled with new Shimano® rod technology to deliver tournament-level performance and versatility to cover any technique.
The redesigned rod features Diaflash™ technology - carbon tape diagonally wrapped in opposite directions on the outermost layer of the butt section to form an array of X shapes - to prevent twisting and enhance an angler's pulling power. Donning titanium oxide guides, the SLX has EVA split-grip handles with custom-etched logos to provide anglers all-day comfort and added performance whether it's a weeknight tournament or in pursuit of the next personal best.
