New Hope Mills Complete Pancake Mix is their 'restaurant style' mix. The leavening in this mix is different from their other mixes, so that the batter doesn't start to rise until it hits a hot griddle - meaning that you can mix it up ahead of time and keep it in the fridge!
Complete is made with whole eggs and real, sweet cream Buttermilk already in the mix, so you can just add water! It uses New Hope Mills classic 3 Grain Flour Blend, and has no synthetic colors or flavors. Comparable to their regular Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Complete is also a little bit sweeter.
