KTP Contactless Curbside Pickup:
- Shop Online – Select Contactless Curbside Pickup as your shipping method during checkout.
- We’ll let you know when your order is ready via email or phone. (Typically within 24 hours)
- Upon receipt of your order ready email confirmation drive to the Kittery Store between 10:00AM-6:00PM. (5pm for Bikes, Boats & SUPs).
- Park in one of the numbered parking spots near the marked pickup door in the back of our south parking lot. (Bikes, Boats & SUPS have a separate marked pickup area).
- STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE and call 1-207-439-9222. When you hear the message, dial Ext 330, to connect to the Curbside Pickup department.
- A KTP team member will confirm purchase via printed or digital receipt and Valid ID shown through vehicle window.
- Once confirmed, they will place your order in your vehicle's backseat or trunk. (On vehicle or trailer if a Bike, Boat or SUP**).
- For documentation and your protection we will record vehicle plate number and date/time of pickup.
NOTE: Firearms must be picked up and processed inside the store. Background check is required.
Kittery Trading Post does not make any guarantee that your order will be available at any specific time. Kittery Trading Post will not have any liability for any order delays. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to stock. A $0.25 Maine bag fee applies to all curbside pickup orders.

When you add an item to your shopping cart, we believe that item is in stock. However, in some cases, the inventory may not be available. If for some reason we cannot fill your entire order, we will contact you directly within 48 hours of the time you place your order. If all of your items are available, we will generally ship them within 48 hours.
Items Shipped by Freight. When the item is ready for delivery; the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please be sure to provide a daytime phone number when you enter the shipping address so the freight company can contact you when the order has arrived. You should obtain the freight company's phone number in case you need to change the delivery time. For most freight items, delivery is "to the curb." The driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home. Please arrange for help to move it if needed, and please be sure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time.
We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 888-439-9036.
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 888-439-9036. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase, since doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary. If you wish to return the item, please call Customer Service toll-free at 888-439-9036. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company.
KTP is required to charge all applicable state sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence. Our retail store is located in Kittery, Maine and our distribution center is located in Dover, New Hampshire. All orders shipped to the State of Maine or orders picked up at our Maine store are subject to a 5.5% Maine sales tax.
