KTP T-Shirt Design Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER

Eligibility:
Entrants must be legal residents of the United States to enter. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older with a valid email address located in the U.S. at the time of entering the “Kittery Trading Post (“KTP”) "Lov'n the Outdoors" T-Shirt Design Contest. Employees of KTP and the members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How to Enter:
Create your outdoor-themed design and email to: TShirtContest@ktp.com
Vector artwork preferred in the following file types: AI, PSD, Tiff. All other artwork must be at least 300 dpi resolution. Original art only, no brands, no logos please. Kittery Trading Post® logo and Septemberfest® logo will be added to the final design prior to T-shirt production. Submit artwork by June 18, 2021.

General:
This Contest begins on June 4, 2021 and ends on June 18, 2021. All information collected through entry into the Contest will be used only as described in these Official Rules, to notify the winner, and as provided in Sponsor’s Privacy Statement at: www.kitterytradingpost.com/customer-service/privacy-security.html

Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected from all design entries to receive a $500 KTP gift card. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is allowed by the winner. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor: Kittery Trading Post.

Judging and Notification:
Winning design will be selected by KTP Management. Judging will be based on the following criteria: creativity, composition, originality, and appropriateness to theme. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. The winner will be notified by email, to the email provided with entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached at the address provided and does not respond to Sponsor within three (3) days from receipt of the Prize notification, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected.

General Conditions:
All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes), and any and all service charges or fees applicable to the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) which must be returned to and received by Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner’s receipt of the Affidavit/Release. The winner may also be required to complete a Form 1099 before receiving their Prize. The winner may also be required to send Sponsor appropriate proof of age. Any failure to comply with the foregoing will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of the Prize, the Prize notification, or the Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner’s entry into the Contest and/or acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, address (city and state), portrait, picture, voice and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line and on social media, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest (including without limitation by using robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods, or by using a so-called “spam” or automated email program or via scripts and automated submission) and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for any Prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

If, for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or bugs or infection by computer virus, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest, without liability. Sponsor is not responsible for its own or any entrant’s computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer or email transmissions or network connections that are either human or technical in nature.

This Contest is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.

Disclaimers: All Contest entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use, including misuse, of the Prize, or any entrant’s participation in the Contest, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, transmission line, computer system or network, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer related to or resulting from the Contest or its Prize. Sponsor is not liable for damage to a user’s computer system in any way due to an entrant’s participation in the Contest or downloading any information in connection with the Contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the method(s) of entering this Contest must be addressed to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
