Aluminum absorbs shock better than steel, and all DNZ® Game Reaper® scope mounts are created from a solid block of aluminum. The lightweight design is approximately one-third the weight of steel.

The measurement from the bottom of the medium mount to the center line of the scope tube is 1.045". The Offset Rings model fits all long action round receiver guns, including the 212F and 220F slug guns.
