With just an idea, Journals Unlimited® was started in the summer of 1997. Barbara Morina, President/Founder, was on vacation when she walked up into a book store. Wanting to pick up a vacation journal she envisioned finding a series of journals with the prompts such as the "Write it Down!"® journal series offers. There was nothing close, only a wide variety of blank journals. Almost immediately the idea was born! By the end of the day, Barb had developed several titles as well as the craft color and cover design.

Starting with just four titles; Vacation, Camping, Golfing, and Boating, Barb began selling them at craft shows and personally calling on gift stores throughout Michigan. Now with over 65 "Write it down!" titles in various sizes and colors, it's hard to choose just one! This unique series is the hottest selling and most expansive line of theme journals on the market!
