**Curbside pickup orders placed before Noon (EST) on December 24 will be ready for pickup between 3-5PM on Christmas Eve. The KTP retail store is open 9AM - 5PM Christmas Eve.

SHIPPING CHARGES - UNITED STATES:
Standard Ground: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Delivery times may vary due to carrier disruptions. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Express: KTP will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days. There are no delivery guarantees at this time due to carrier disruptions.

How it Works:
- Shop Online – Select Curbside Pickup as your shipping method during checkout.
- We’ll let you know when your order is ready via email or phone.
- If your product is located at our Kittery Store it will be ready within one hour of order confirmation, if not please allow 24 hours.*
- Upon receipt of your order ready email confirmation drive to the Kittery Store between 10:00AM-6:00PM. (5pm for Bikes, Boats & SUPs).
- Park in one of the numbered parking spots near the marked pickup door in the back of our south parking lot. (Bikes, Boats & SUPS have a separate marked pickup area).
- STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE and call 1-207-439-9222. When you hear the greeting, dial EXT 330, to connect to the Curbside Pickup department.
- A KTP team member will confirm purchase via printed or digital receipt and Valid ID.
- Once confirmed, they will give you your order.**
- For documentation and your protection we will record vehicle plate number and date/time of pickup.
NOTE: Firearms must be picked up and processed inside the store. Background check is required.
Kittery Trading Post does not make any guarantee that your order will be available at any specific time. Kittery Trading Post will not have any liability for any order delays. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to stock. A $0.25 Maine bag fee applies to all curbside pickup orders.
