Codet®, Inc. is a third generation family business that was first established by Charles E. Audet in 1946. It has been headquartered in Coaticook, Quebec, Canada for more than 65 years. More than three decades ago, Codet, Inc. expanded its reach outside of Canada into the United States, where it main distribution center is located in Newport, Vermont.

The company was founded with a simple plan in mind, to provide quality manufactured work clothes for the logging and industrial fields throughout eastern Canada. Over the decades the company's simple plan has expanded and lead them to success in several other markets.
