Happy Yak's® Cheese & Mushroom Risotto is inspired by great chefs. Mushrooms, cheese (mozzarella, blue and Parmesan), white wine and tender rice are accompanied by a creamy bechamel sauce that adds personality to this dish. Before you even taste it, its aroma will be your first crush.

Preparation: In a pot, combine cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
