In November of 2015, Suzanne Foley started Port City Pretzels® - now affectionately known as 'The People's Pretzel' - in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This tasty recipe comes from her feisty seaport family!

A testament to Mary Dondero, one of the first female politicians in the nation and her daughter, Eileen Foley, one of the longest serving local politicians of New Hampshire. Both of these remarkable women dedicated their lives in bringing out the best in people. Inspired by them, Suzanne followed her heart in starting her own, Women Owned Business, as well as giving back to the community by being a Disability Inclusive Business.
