Stockli Laser AX Alpine Ski

Enjoy fresh powder in the morning. Rip tight turns on the slope in the afternoon. The re-engineered AX with its new FEC (Full Edge Control) adaptive technology makes it all possible. The more pressure you apply in the turns, the smaller the rocker is, and the correspondingly larger the surface contact area is with the snow. The new Light Core lends the AX even more pop with the same stability.

  • One pair of all mountain alpine skis
  • Swiss-made perfection
  • Rocker provides better float in powder and easier turns on piste
  • Sandwich sidewall technology (SST), offers optimal precision and energy transfer
  • Wood / laminated fiberglass core
  • Turtle Shell Comfort (TSC) for easy handling during leisurely skiing and stability when needed
  • Solid Metal Edge (SME) for longer ski life
  • Adaptive contact length allows a playful feel without needing to forgo stability
  • FEC provides easier and faster initiation of turns
  • Turtle grip with slightly nubby texture
  • Binding sold separately

In 1935, Josef Stöckli of Switzerland was producing hand-made skis built of ash, a common wood found in local forests. As Josef refined his ski building craft, demand for his skis spread throughout the region and the idea of Stöckli® skis was born.

Now 75 years later, and still Swiss-made, Stöckli skis are in high-demand and regarded as one of the last truly hand-made skis in production today. With an expert eye for both function and durability while balancing the use of old-school hand-shaping methods and contemporary design technology, Stöckli skis are known the world over for being one of the absolute best constructed skis on and off trail.

With only 50,000 skis produced annually and distributed globally to only select Stöckli distributors, Stöckli skis are highly sought after for their uncanny ability to perform, their unwavering edge control no matter the conditions, their immense versatility whether on the slalom course or in the backcountry, and with a feel under foot that can’t be duplicated by any other ski.

Just how Josef Stöckli wanted them 75 years ago.
