Shipping Addresses
You may ship items to multiple addresses; you must enter the shipping address for each recipient you wish to send items to.
When adding a product to the shopping cart, you may choose to ship the item to “Me" or you may enter a name or nickname in the “Other" field. During checkout, we will ask you for that person's shipping address. These names or nicknames and addresses will be saved in your Address Book if you've logged into or created an account.
If you've created an account with kitterytradingpost.com and have already saved several addresses in your Address Book, you can log in to choose a saved shipping address or you can add a new name or nickname, as described above.
Shipping Charges
United States Orders:
Standard Ground: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.
2-Day Express: KTP will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days, guaranteed.

Duties and taxes are pre-paid by KTP and 12% is added to the order to cover these charges. Therefore, you won’t have any unexpected charges at time of delivery.

Other Shipping Information
Shipping restrictions for both U.S. and Canada addresses and information on shipping charges for oversize and heavy items are available for review in each product's description to assist you in your purchasing decision. In some cases there may be additional shipping charges not identified in the product description. We will not change the additional shipping without first informing you.
Out-of-Stock Policies
When you add an item to your shopping cart, we believe that item is in stock. However, in some cases, the inventory may not be available. If for some reason we cannot fill your entire order, we will contact you directly within 48 hours of the time you placed your order. If all of your items are available, we will generally ship them within 48 hours.
Freight Delivery
Items Shipped by Freight
When the item is ready for delivery, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please be sure to provide a daytime phone number when you enter the shipping address so the freight company can contact you when the order has arrived. You should obtain the freight company's phone number in case you need to change the delivery time. For most freight items, delivery is "to the curb." The driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home. Please arrange for help to move it if needed, and please be sure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time.
We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call our Customer Service Department at 888-439-9036.
Freight Returns
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please call our Customer Service Department at 888-439-9036. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase, since doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary. If you wish to return the item, please call Customer Service at 888-439-9036. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company.
