Nosler AccuBond 30 Cal. 180 Grain .308" Spitzer Point Rifle Bullet (50)

Released in 2001, Nosler's® AccuBond® High Performance Bonded Core Bullets™ deliver expansion and penetration with outstanding weight retention at all normal hunting velocities and ranges. The tapered, highly concentric bullet jacket is constructed from gilding metal that produces minimal fouling compared to most bonded core bullets that use pure copper jackets. The jacket is bonded to a lead alloy core that is engineered for balanced expansion.

Nosler's proprietary bonding process eliminates all possibility of component separation resulting in 60-70% weight retention.

All Nosler AccuBond bullets feature unique white polymer tips that prevent deformation in the magazine, boost aerodynamic efficiency, and initiate expansion. This bullet also features a precisely formed boat tail that serves to reduce drag and provide a more efficient flight profile for higher retained energy at long range.
  • Box of 50
  • Unique white polymer tip assures accuracy, smooth chambering, and eliminates tip damage during recoil

In the fall of 1946, a stubborn, mud-caked Canadian moose failed to go down, despite a well placed shot from John Nosler's 300 H&H. On the way home from that trip, John started thinking about a way to make a bullet that would perform well every time, no matter what the size of the game or the shot angle.

Over the next year, he experimented with bullet design, finally settling on a unique, dual core bullet that was really the first Partition®. The following fall, John and his friend, Clarence Purdie, both killed moose with one shot using John's new bullet. In 1948 the Nosler Partition Bullet Company was formed.

Over the years, many innovations and bullet designs followed including Solid Base®, Partition-HG™, Custom Competition™, AccuBond®, and the award-winning E-Tip®.
